This error message in Warehouse 100 or Manufacturing 100 indicates a possible issue with Scanco software not able to connect and/or write data to SQL data tables.
Check to ensure all of these conditions are met inside of the connected SQL database:
1) Under Security/Logins, find the Scanco user and verify
- The Scanco username and password matches both the Sage user and the user listed in the ODBC connection
- The "Enforce Password Policy" box is UNCHECKED
- In the "User Mappings" panel for the Scanco user, each of the companies Warehouse 100/Manufacturing 100 manipulates in Sage (represented by MAS_XXX) must have "db_datareader", "db_datawriter" checked. The reader/writer must also be checked for MAS_SYSTEM
2) Under Databases/Tables, the following tables in the database need to have "NOT NULL" permitted for all "DateTime" fields (for each company Scanco software touches) in Sage:
NOTE: installing BC installer will undo all NULL/NOT NULL changes that have already been made/saved.
dbo.BC_Detail
dbo.BC_DetailHistory
dbo.BC_DetailRejection
dbo.BC_Distribution
dbo.BC_DistributionHistory
dbo.BC_DistributionRejection
dbo.BC_Header
dbo.BC_HeaderHistory
