1. Search for and download the Scanco Warehouse 100 app from the App Store
2. Open the app and select the gear icon (Setting Menu) from the bottom of the page
3. Enter the IP address for your Sage computer in the top field, and the port will be 50000 (unless instructed otherwise by Scanco Support). Push Done and Enter
4. Back at the Main Screen, you'll see one of three messages at the top (instructions on how to proceed are below each picture) Connected, Disconnected, or Unauthorized
- CONNECTED - You are successfully connected to the server and can log in using the fingerprint at the bottom of the screen
- DISCONNECTED - Go back to the Settings Menu and ensure you typed in the correct server address and port. Additionally, make sure you are on the same network as your Sage/MAS server (confirm with your IT department)
- UNAUTHORIZED - This is not a bad sign; it indicates that the device is communicating with the server, but it needs additional steps to become ACTIVATED.
- In a browser, open up www.customers.scanco.com and log in with your company credentials (if you do not know them, email support@scanco.com and indicate you need your portal user name and password)

Go back to the Settings Menu on your handheld device and write down the last 4 digits of the device ID prior to the hyphen (See below)
- Navigate to the DEVICES tab in the portal. Find the DEVICE ID in the list and make sure that there is box in the ACTIVE column is checked. Choose update at the bottom of the page (neglecting to do so will not allow you device to be authorized)
- Return to the Settings Menu and ensure the Server Address and Port are entered correctly. Press enter to push the settings through and then use the Fingerprint at the bottom to log in
