EZ Import and EZ Import Rejected Maintenance
Description
EZ Import: BC_EZImport_ui not found. message when accessing EZ Import or BC_Reject_ui not found. when accessing EZ Import Rejected Maintenance due to Sage 100 change to pvxdat base program.
Steps to Duplicate
- Install from a Mobility for Multi-Bin installer dated prior to October 29, 2021.
- Activate the Mobility for Bar Code module.
- Access Mobility for Bar Code Main menu > EZ Import or EZ Import Rejected Maintenance.
- Select the Proceed button.
- Receive the message BC_EZImport_ui not found. when accessing the EZ Import or BC_Reject_ui not found. when accessing EZ Import Rejected Maintenance.
Resolution
- Download the Mobility for Scanco Multi-Bin installer, dated October 29, 2021 or after, from scanco.com/scanco-downloads for the installed Sage 100 version.
- Log off all users from Sage 100.
- Back up the Sage 100 installation.
- Run the Mobility for Scanco Multi-Bin installer. Refer to the Mobility for Scanco Multi-Bin Installation Guide.
NOTE: The Mobility for Scanco Multi-Bin installer is not Product Update version specific. The installer and documentation apply to all product updates for the Sage 100 year version.
- Log into the Sage 100 installation.
- Access Mobility for Bar Code Main menu > EZ Import or EZ Import Rejected Maintenance.
WARNING: Do not re-install Mobility for Scanco Multi-Bin when custom modifications exist in Mobility (BC) programs. Please contact your Sage 100 partner or Scanco Support when custom modifications exist.
