Once an Inventory Transaction Adjustment for a Lot/Serial Item has been accepted and Inventory Transaction Entry is closed - when reopening the transactions, the Lot/Serial Number is not properly populated.

Problem : When entering Adjustment Transactions through Inventory Transaction Entry, Multi-Bin distribution is completed, including selection of Lot/Serial Number and Bin Location. Accepting the transaction, all data is written properly to the distribution data files. However, when re-opening the transaction, the Lot/Serial Number is not displayed in the screen. The data file remains intact and the update will proceed properly. This is a display error only.
Expected Behavior : When re-accessing the distribution record, it is expected that the selected Lot/Serial Number will display on screen properly.
Resolution : Hotfix ID 18004 : Scanco Support has resolved the issue described in this article. Please reach out to Support@scanco.com with your company information, a copy of your installed modules listing (Library Master > Reports > Installed Modules Listing) and request HotFix 18004.
