Changing Default Warehouses & Companies for a WHS User

How do you change the default warehouse or company that displays on the login of a Warehouse User in Warehouse 100 or Scanco Cloud?

Answer

To change the default warehouse for a Warehouse user, do the following:

• Login to the Scanco Portal
• Click on "WHSE Users"
• Find the Warehouse user's settings you would like to adjust.
• Select 'Edit' for that user.
• Under 'Default Warehouse' select the warehouse you would like to have it defaulted to. (You can also select a different default company if you have multiple companies)

Please note: Only warehouses & companies that are allowed and selected in your selected Warehouse Profile will be visible in the Default Warehouse and Default Company selection on the "Edit Warehouse User" page.
