Use the “Assign Orders” button on the Scanco Dashboard to create order assignments for your users

Allow Dashboard Activities: must be enabled. Display Only User ID in Assign Orders: When enabled this option will display the UserID for each scanner user. When disabled this option will display the User's Name. Hide User from Assigning Picking Orders: This option removes users from the Order Assignments screen. Hide User from Assigning Shipping Orders: This option removes users from the Order Assignments screen. Hide User from Assigning Receiving Orders: This option removes users from the Order Assignments screen. Assign Only One User to an Order: Once an order is assigned to a user the checkboxes for all other users will be greyed out. Show Only Assigned Orders in Lookups: This option will remove all orders except the orders that are assigned to the user in the scanner applications SO# lookup screen. |
"Sort Unassigned First" checkbox: When enabled the Unassigned will be at the top of the list. When disabled the Unassigned will be at the bottom of the list. |

Choose the type of assignments in the ‘View’ dropdown.
Assign the order by checking the checkbox next to the order number and then press the Save button.
You can use the ‘arrow’ to the left of the order to see more details about that order.
The orders that have the Green over the checkmark are the ones the users are working on.

Enable the 'Show Chart Graphic" checkbox. The Graphs will be displayed on the right side of the Order Assignments screen.
The “Assigned” section will display the percentage of orders that are assigned and the percentage of orders in process.
The “Items” section will display the total number of items that have been scanned and the total number of items that are assigned.
The totals for each user are displayed in the “User Scans” section.
