What are Sage customers entitled to when they use Scanco Sales and do not have a support contract?
Scanco provides 5 free Scanco Sales app licenses to all Sage 100C versions 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021.
"FREE" does not include support or training.
The customer's Sage dealer has to log into the Sage server and install ConnectIt using the "Mobility Remote Setup" link from within Sage’s “Mobility for Bar Code” module.
After installing ConnectIt using the "Mobility Remote Setup" link while logged into the Sage server, the Sage dealer must contact Support@scanco.com to request the 5 free licenses to be enabled and for a "Sales Profile" to be created by support. The "Sales Profile" will include the standard basic options enabled and those options are not accessible by anyone other than Scanco support.

- Create sales quotes and sales orders, customers, and contacts.
- Edit and view existing sales quotes and sales orders.
- View open invoices.

- 2 Hours of Training with our experts.
